Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be in original packaging with all included materials
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and performance reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
  • Used Air Filters and Cabin Air Filters
  • Opened Filter Cleaner kits
  • Installed Cold Air Intakes and Filter Wraps

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth returns process:

  1. Request an RMA: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Midland facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Amount: Full item price minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process to send back the original item
