We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While our performance products are built to exceed expectations, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our straightforward return process:
Return Eligibility
- Most unused items in original condition can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
- Items must be in original packaging with all included materials
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and performance reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened:
- Used Air Filters and Cabin Air Filters
- Opened Filter Cleaner kits
- Installed Cold Air Intakes and Filter Wraps
How to Return an Item
- Request an RMA: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with your RMA number and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Midland facility using a trackable method (we recommend insurance)
- Receive Your Refund: We’ll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your return

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
